👨💼 Professional Experience
Joseph’s mental health journey began through his volunteer work at a distress center, where he supported individuals facing poverty, disability, loneliness, and suicidal ideation. These early experiences deepened his passion for mental health and confirmed his calling to psychotherapy.
He later completed a clinical practicum at the From Intention to Action (FITA) program at Carleton University, working with students struggling with depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, academic stress, and interpersonal concerns. There, he focused on helping students improve their well-being while equipping them with practical skills for personal and academic success.
