Hello, and welcome! Registered Psychotherapist | Practicing Under Clinical Supervision

I’m so glad you found your way here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where we can explore what you’re going through—at your pace and in a way that feels authentic to you.

As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I currently practice under clinical supervision as part of my professional development and commitment to safe, ethical care.

I believe that therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. You are unique, and so is your journey. I take an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-informed methods while remaining flexible and person-centered. Together, we’ll explore what works best for you—whether that means processing emotions, building coping skills, or developing greater self-awareness.

Here are some areas I support clients with:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression and low mood
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship and family issues
  • Life transitions and identity exploration
  • Trauma and past experiences
  • Academic or workplace stress and burnout

In our work together, I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect, helping you make sense of your experiences, access your strengths, and move toward the change or clarity you’re seeking.

Above all, I aim to support you in feeling empowered, understood, and accepted. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to help you navigate it in a way that honours your needs, values, and voice.

> Please note: I am a Registered Psychotherapist and currently practice under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist, in accordance with CRPO guidelines.
